New York Giants at Atlanta, Monday Night Football

Lucas Duncan – The Giants are just not a good football team, it doesn’t matter how bad the Falcons defense plays, Eli Manning won’t throw the ball down the field against anyone. The Falcons have enough offensive firepower to run away with this one at home.

More from Emerald City Swagger

Colby Patnode – Man, talk about two horribly disappointing teams. I’m not sure what stinks more: Eli Manning or the Falcons D?

I guess we will find out. It is a must-win game for Atlanta and Matt Ryan is playing really well. I think for the second week in a row, the Giants get embarrassed on national TV. Atlanta wins 34-10.

Ed Stein – I’m a highly disgruntled Giants fan. It breaks my heart that they are playing so poorly. Atlanta isn’t all that and a box of rocks, but they are overall better than NYG. “Matty Ice” should beat a good Giants defense. Atlanta holds serve at home, but I think it will be by seven points or less.

Matt Barry – The Falcons are a disappointing 2-4 and have had a rash of injuries. Devonta Freeman is on IR. Receivers Calvin Ridley and Mohamed Sanu are banged up. The one bright spot is QB Matt Ryan. Matty Ice has thrown 12 TDs and no picks in his last four games.

As bad as it has been for Atlanta, the Giants are worse. At 1-5, the lone bright spot is rookie RB Saqoun Barkley. He will need to have a huge game for the Giants to pull off the road upset. The records are similar, but the Falcons are better. The Giants are headed toward a top pick and potentially a quarterback of the future this time. Falcons win at home.
