2) Rematch of the MLS Cup final

Toronto FC and their fans are still haunted by the outcome of last season’s MLS Cup. In some respects this is understandable, given that they lost to a team which did not register a single shot on target.

Of course, it is worth pointing out — strictly from an objective viewpoint you understand — that TFC were unable to score themselves over 120+ minutes of action. Regardless, they get the opportunity to avenge the defeat on May 6th.

The big difference this time, is that the Reds will not have the advantage of playing at BMO Field. For what it’s worth though, they were very effective on the road during 2016, registering the second-most away points among all 20 teams.
