5) Injuries, injuries, injuries

Positive:

The Colorado game highlighted Seattle’s injury issues, with designated playersClint DempseyandNelson Valdezmissing, andAndreas Ivanschitzcoming off early in the second half with a thigh strain.Brad Evanshas missed playing time,Erik Friberghas only just returned, whileRoman TorresandMichael Farfanare yet to feature in 2016.

Negative:

The best way to put this into perspective, is the fact every team has to contend with injuries at various points during the season. The reality is Torres is the only playerexpected to be out for the foreseeable future, so things aren’t exactly looking disastrous on the casualty front.
