1) Second-bottom in the Western Conference

Negative:

The Sounders began the season with three consecutive defeats, their worst start in MLS franchise history. They currently sit on seven points, which is their second-worst start to a season through seven games.

Positive:

At least it’s not the worst start to a season through seven games, with that ‘honor’ going to the 2012 campaign. And for what it’s worth, that year Seattle went on to make it all the way to the Conference finals.
