Seattle Seahawks: Don’t throw in the towel on Russell Wilson YET

Seattle Seahawks fans were disappointed in Russell Wilson on Sunday. Some 12s were calling for backup quarterback Brett Huntley. That’s a bad idea, here’s why.

As I watched the Seattle Seahawks game this past Sunday against the Chargers, I heard a few chants to sit Russell Wilson and bring in the backup quarterback Brett Hundley. As longtime Seahawks fans, we have seen plenty throughout the years, ups and downs, highs and lows.

From the times Jim Zorn showed up at practices driving a VW Beetle with Steve Largent in the passenger’s seat. To the Holmgren years with John Kitna getting beat by Dan Marino and the Dolphins at the old King Dome.
