Colorado at Washington Huskies

Lucas Duncan – Washington beats Colorado this weekend. UW had their College Football Playoff hopes ended last weekend with an overtime loss to Oregon. Peterson will have that team bouncing back on all cylinders, bad week to be Colorado.

Colby Patnode – UW is the better team and is playing at home. However, they could be without their two best RB’s, in addition to two starting OLine and their freshman All-American TE. They are also coming off a heartbreaking loss to Oregon, ending their playoff dreams. But a PAC-12 title is still possible. They dig deep and find a win, UW 27-23 over Colorado.

Ed Stein – Washington’s National Championship hopes were smashed at Autzen Stadium last week. Head coach Chris Petersen has been nothing but positive since then.

I almost feel sorry for the Buffs because they are walking into a buzzsaw at Husky Stadium. Washington will be playing with a huge chip on their shoulder and are going to take out a whole bunch of disappointment on Colorado.

The Buffaloes lost last Saturday at Southern Cal. It was no surprise, Colorado was 5-0 entering the game, but hadn’t played a good team up to then. That game should be an eye-opener them, the Buffs weren’t as good as the thought they were. Washington wins by at least two TDs

Matt Barry – Last Saturday’s loss to Oregon was a letdown for Chris Petersen Washington Huskies squad. It squashed any dreams of playing for a national title. Some teams may come back from that loss and lay another egg.

But I think this is where Petersen’s positivity and the fact he is a good coach for this team will prevent that. Look for Jake Browning to have a big game even with the loss of WR Quinten Pounds to injury. I also see the defense taking last week’s loss personally.

Colorado is coming off a tough loss to nemesis USC. The Buffs are 5-1 and certainly pose a threat. But this game is at UW and the Huskies rebound with a win.
