Every week for the remainder of the college football season, Emerald City Swagger Staff will put out our weekly PAC-12 power rankings.

Today begins the Emerald City Swagger PAC-12 football rankings. Just like the College Football Playoff Selection Committee, we waited until some games were played before we started. This will be a weekly feature through the last Bowl game that we hope you will enjoy.*

Here are our PAC-12 Power Rankings for the week ending September 24:

12) Oregon State (1-3, 0-1) – Last Week: The Beavers lost their conference opener to Arizona 35-14. This Week: at Arizona State. Note: Their lone win in 2018 was against Southern Utah at home.

11) UCLA (0-3, 0-0) – Last Week: Idle. Next Week: at Colorado. Note: After losing by 24 points at home to Fresno State on Sept. 15, the last two weeks of practice must have been awful.
