The Washington Huskies have suffered some key injuries in the young 2018 season. The offensive line lost two starters and it’s hurting the team.

The 10th ranked Washington Huskies visit Utah on Saturday to begin the PAC-12 schedule for both teams. Neither team is playing particularly well. The Huskies lost a tough opener to Auburn and then beat FCS opponent North Dakota last week without playing their best football. The Utes have started the season 2-0 with wins over Weber State and Northern Illinois, escaping NIU with an ugly 17-6 win.

The question this Saturday will be which team improves their play enough to win this important Pac-12 opener. Key to a win for the Washington Huskies may be their offensive line, which will be without two starters. All-American LT Trey Adams is out for the year with back surgery and the Huskies will also have to replace center Nick Harris, who is week-to-week with an injury.

Last week, 325-pound senior center Jesse Sosebee earned his first career start for the Huskies and played well against North Dakota. How will the offensive line perform this week? Let’s analyze.
