38. Randy Winn (2003-2005)

Many remember Winn for his unorthodox, jerky stance. In his almost three full seasons with the Mariners, he produced just as he did everywhere else he went (five total teams).

His best Mariners season came in 2004, when he hit 14 home runs, which tied a career high at that point. He also hit .286 with 81 RBI and stole 21 bases.

Winn accumulated 462 hits as a Mariner as well as a solid .287 hitter in 416 games. He was traded at the deadline in 2005 to the San Francisco Giants. Naturally, he had a career year that season with Seattle and the Giants combined (20 HRs, .306 avg).

37. Joel Pineiro (2000-2006)

Pineiro was drafted by Seattle in 1997. The Puerto Rican broke into the majors in 2000 with the Mariners and went on to pitch in seven seasons for Seattle, mostly as part of the rotation.

He made 148 starts with the Mariners, posting a 4.48 ERA and striking out 658, which is ninth in Mariners history. He appeared in one game in the 2001 postseason and he struck out five in two innings against the Yankees in the ALCS.

Pineiro’s best individual season came in 2003, when he pitched two shutouts and won 16 games with a 3.78 ERA and 151 strikeouts. He went on to play 12 seasons, finishing with the Angels in 2011. He reached 104 career wins.
