4) Seattle on the receiving end

Valencia started the 2015 season in Toronto, fresh off winning his arbitration case and being awarded a one-year deal for $1.675 million. However, by August 1st, he had been designated for assignment.

At this point, the Athletics decided to claim Valencia off waivers and immediately started him at third base. Now playing for their AL West rivals, the Mariners got the opportunity for an up-close look at him, and twice found themselves on the receiving end of home run blasts:
