Franklin Gutierrez

There is no denying Gutierrez has had his moments in Seattle. These include 2009, when he had a career-highs with 18 homers and 70 RBIs, followed by a Gold Glove in 2010, after finishing the year with a 100 percent fielding average.

Unfortunately, the fan favorite cannot live on those memories forever, having since dealt with a whole host of injuries. Things got so bad, that he even had to miss the entire 2014 campaign.

However, despite no longer being even an average outfielder, the Mariners could well bring Gutierrez back. He is still effective with the bat and would prove to be an inexpensive option.

Chance of returning: Fairly good
