Looking Ahead

The Seattle Seahawks will likely contend for a championship again in 2016. There is still much to be determined even before Week 1 this year, but the team showed incredible grit, talent, and heart last year. With the most of the same coaching staff and all key players except Marshawn Lynch returning, there’s no reason why the Seahawks can’t go the distance in 2016. If 2015 was any indication, with its slow start, Kam Chancellor holdout, subzero game, and all the other obstacles, 2016 will see more success.

While we wait to watch the defining moments of the 2016 season as it unfolds, let’s take a moment and be thankful for our elite team and remember the pivotal games and moments from a season ago. The Seahawks navigated through its ups and downs and still found a way to put themselves in position to win another championship. Pete Carroll on the sidelines, John Schneider in GM’s box, and the players on the field all had one goal, and despite the many challenges 2015 presented, they were still close to a Lombardi Trophy. Hopefully the 2016 season will be easier for our boys, but even if the Seahawks find themselves off to a slow start again, we know they can come out of it.
