Ten Best UDFA’s In Seattle Seahawks’ History

3) Dave Krieg 1980-1998 (12 years with Seahawks)

Matt Hasselbeck is the best QB in team history, but Krieg is a very close second. He ranks first in TD’s (195) and wins (70), and second in yards (26,132), yards per attempt (7.3) and passer rating (82.3) in 12 seasons with the team.

Krieg took over for an aging Jim Zorn in 1983 and lead the Seattle Seahawks to the AFC Championship in their first ever playoff appearance. He also brought them back to the Divisional Round in 1984.

Career Accomplishments: Three Pro Bowls (1984, 1988, 1989), 12th Most Passing TD’s in NFL History
