Ten Best UDFA’s In Seattle Seahawks’ History

10) Doug Baldwin (2011-Present)

If Angry Doug had been drafted, I don’t think he would be as good as he is. Personally, I’m not someone who gets his motivation from being doubted the way Baldwin does, but hey, whatever works.

His rookie year, he lead the Seattle Seahawks in receiving by a wide margin in every category, and has continued to develop since then into one of the best slot receivers in the NFL, although he has been forced to play outside a more-than-ideal amount.

Regardless, Baldwin has been the one constant at position that Pete Carroll has struggled to get consistency from. He has 2,757 yards and 15 touchdowns on 196 catches in his four seasons as Seahawk, and will spend at least two more here in Seattle, although, it’s a safe bet that he will be back even after his current contract is up. Baldwin will likely be much higher on the list by the end of his career.
