9) Davis Tull, Tennssee-Chattanooga OLB

Tull is one of those guys that you root for. He’s under sized in all possible measurements, height, weight and arm length, and doesn’t have the explosiveness of most third-round picks.

What he does have is a non-stop motor, unmatched toughness, a high football I.Q.,  great hands, great leverage and a devastating spin move. Tull had 37 career sacks, 60 tackles for loss, 10 forced fumbles and was the Southern Conference Defensive Player of the Year in his final three seasons.
