Seattle Seahawks Seven-Round Mock Draft

Round 4 (112): Shaq Mason, Georgia Tech OG

Shaquille Mason is the ultimate zone-blocker. The Wing-T formation at Georgia Tech showed off his ability to pull and make plays on the move in the second level. Mason is just nasty. I’m going to embed a video, because words can’t give justice to the way the Mason flattens defenders in the run-game.

The first play is just a chop-block, so not much to see there. But just watch the first 30 seconds. Trust me, you won’t regret it.

Size is definitely an issue, but Mason has all the traits one needs to make up for it. Mason has massive potential, and could be an answer for the Seahawks at the only position that Pete Carroll and John Schneider have not been able to solve.
