Seahawks Vs. Panthers Position-By-Position Preview: Wide Receiver

Carolina rookie Kelvin Benjamin will be the best receiver in this game. You might remember this absurd catch, between Earl Thomas and Richard Sherman earlier this year.

But after that, the Panthers don’t have anyone who will give Seattle any trouble. I’m not too worried about Jerricho Cotchery or Philly Brown against the Legion of Boom.

On the other hand, Seattle’s wideouts don’t exactly strike fear into opponents either. Doug Baldwin is a great possession receiver and rookie Paul Richardson came up big at the end of the season. Jermaine Kearse “should be back” by next week, which would be a boost for the Seattle passing game.

Advantage: Push
