Washington Huskies: Ricky McCoy Commits to the Huskies

Even as the Washington Huskies football team prepares for the Cactus Bowl against the Oklahoma State Cowboys, they still have one eye on next season. Ricky McCoy confirmed on Twitter that he has committed to the Class of 2015:

The announcement came in somewhat controversial circumstances. McCoy had previously made a verbal commitment to the Huskies Pac-12 rivals in Arizona.
The decision by the senior from Roosevelt High in Fresno, California represents a major coup for the Huskies. As The Seattle Times confirmed, McCoy has been rated as a three-star recruit by Scout.com and 247sports.com.
The defensive lineman is listed at 6′ 5″ and 256 lbs. Here is some of the reaction to the decision on Twitter:

McCoy represents the third commitment to the Huskies within the last two days. Washington now has 19 confirmed commitments for the 2015 season.
