“Don’t throw MONEY at problems, throw IDEAS at problems.”

This is a great quote when it comes to life. When it comes to the Seattle Mariners, it doesn’t work quite as well. Add two big bats to this lineup and you might be looking at World Series-caliber team. But would Howard Lincoln and Kevin Mather be willing to do that? Most likely not. Dumb and dumber have always been about turning a profit, without any regard for their own responsibilities in helping the team win.

But now that the team is on the brink of being a serious contender in the American League, there’s no reason not to go all-out.

With that said, this article will go a little over-the-top in terms of what the Mariners will be realistically be spending this offseason. If you are looking for a more realistic prediction, here’s the Seattle Mariners Offseason Prediction–Realistic Version.

Scroll through the slides for all the big moves, and scroll to the end to see a lineup that will have you drooling!

First up: A big trade!
