Running Back Bye Week Fill-ins

Matt Asiata: Adrian Peterson’s replacement has looked terrible running the ball with 3.0 YPC. But this is fantasy! He plays the vast majority of all downs for the Vikings and is averaging 16.5 touches since becoming the starter. The Atlanta Falcons have one of the worst rushing defenses in football. He available in 55.3% of leagues.

Justin Forsett/ Lorenzo Taliaferro: It comes down to personal preference and luck on this one. Forsett is up to 199 yards through three weeks and is averaging a league best among qualified backs with 6.3 YPC. Though he has yet to find the end zone. Taliaferro broke onto the scene last week with 91 yards and a score. Both are decent options if you are in a pinch at RB with Lynch out this week. One thing to watch however is the status of Bernard Pierce. He is once again unlikely to play, but keep an eye out if you pick up either of these backs. Forsett is available in 90.1% of leagues and Taliaferro is available in 94.5%.
