Return of Beast Mode
Marshawn Lynch was kind of quiet against the Chargers. That will change against the Broncos.
Beast Mode did not have a monster game every week last season, simply because the Seahawks didn’t need him to always lead the offense. This year, the offense is even more balanced with Harvin running wild.
However, don’t be surprised if the ‘Hawks feed the Beast this week against the Broncos, just to shake things up and keep defenses guessing. The Broncos have given up 93.5 yards per week in the first two games, which is good for 10th in the NFL. Not bad, but the Seahawks are still going to run the ball.
Of course, the Broncos are also giving up 300.5 yards per game through the air (30th in NFL), so Wilson might look for Harvin once or twice. Just sayin’.
Final score: Seahawks 31, Broncos 17
