Russell Wilson will be scrambling all year

To be sure, the offensive line did not do a great job of protecting Russell Wilson in this game. However, we have seen this movie before, haven’t we?

The offensive line may be the most important position group on a football team. You can argue for a lot of different groups, but the O-Line keeps the ball moving down the field and out of the other team’s hands.

Keep in mind that despite all the scrambling, Wilson was only sacked twice. The offensive line is hardly in shambles.

Also, remember that Wilson does some of his best work when he is on the run. This is not to suggest that the offensive line should just stand up and let Wilson dance around the backfield, but it is a little early to panic.

The offensive line will figure it out. There is a good mix of veterans and youngsters on this line, and as the season wears on, they will play better as a unit.
