The 12th Man is going to be excited. First game of the season. National television. The unveiling of the Super Bowl banner.

Can you say, “electricity?”

Seattle feeds off the energy of the crowd and this crowd is going to be lively, to say the very least. Bring your earplugs to the stadium, people, because the Seahawks faithful will be cranking up the noise.

For the Seahawks, homefield advantage will remain just that. A true advantage. The Seattle Mariners may struggle to win at Safeco Field, but there is no such difficulty across the street.

The crowd is going to want a victory to start the season, and they will get it even if they have to scream themselves hoarse.
