Are you ready for some football? The 2014 season is about to begin, and the Seattle Seahawks have the privilege of defending their championship. That sure has a nice ring, doesn’t it?
Sports are about games and statistics, but mostly they are about stories. It is the narratives that provide the drama in the professional sphere, and the Seahawks will have their fair share in 2014.
The good thing about this particular Seahawks team is that there will be drama, but there won’t be drama. Winning has a way of making the stories much more positive.
This isn’t to suggest that the Seahawks are just going to sail through the season. Competition will be fierce and winning will still be difficult. Despite the challenges, it should be a fun year.
With that in mind, here are five stories to watch in 2014.
