The Seahawks have designated wide receiver Percy Harvin as inactive for the Monday Night Football matchup with the New Orleans Saints.

After returning two weeks ago vs his former team, the Minnesota Vikings, Harvin is once again out of action with a hip injury that seems to not want to go away.

The 12th Man undoubtedly excited once Harvin did return to the field as his limited opportunities resulted in huge plays on multiple occasions. An incredible one-handed catch extended a drive that ultimately resulted in a touchdown. Another was a kickoff return from well inside the endzone that was nearly returned for a touchdown, but ended up resulting in points as well.

Without a doubt Harvin can be a difference maker. It’s his inability to stay healthy that is starting to raise serious concerns for Hawks fans. If Seahawks head coach Pete Carroll ultimately decides to rest Harvin for the remainder of the regular season, there’s no guarantee he’ll remain healthy once the playoffs start.

The following are inactives for both teams playing on MNF.

Seahawks Inactives:

Percy Harvin, Christine Michael, Brandon Browner, Michael Bowie, Caylin Hauptmann, Benson Mayowa, and Jordan Hill.

Saints Inactives:

Ryan Griffin, Khiry Robinson, Trevin Wade, Keyunta Dawson, Terron Armstead, Nick Toon, and Glenn Foster.
