________
When the 2013 NFL schedules were released, this game was possibly the most anticipated for Seahawks fans as it would match the Hawks with the team that had so narrowly eliminated them from the 2012 playoffs on a last second field goal.
There is no question the Falcons are one of the NFL’s biggest disappointments thus far. Many analysts picked the Falcons to be one of the best teams in the NFC, even grading them over the Seahawks. The Falcons come into the game with just two wins, compared to Seattle’s eight.
Despite the Falcons’ struggles, two of our staffers have committed the cardinal sin and have picked the Falcons to upset the NFC leading Seahawks once again.
