Over the last two weeks, there is one word to describe Seattle’s run defense. That word is porous.
Specifically, the Seahawks have given up 405 yards on the ground. That has to stop immediately. Prior to those two games, the Seahawks held the Arizona Cardinals to a mere 30 yards.
That is a better number.
Statistically, Atlanta has the worst running game in the league at 64.4 yards per game. Hopefully Seattle will keep it that way.
