Wilson only completed 8 of 19 pass attempts for 142 yards. One pass was intercepted on a play in which Golden Tate was tripped up and fell down, allowing Eric Reid to make an uncontested interception. The Seahawks QB played well making crucial completions when it mattered most. Wilson himself acknowledged after the game that the offense starts with him and he has to play better. Still, other quarterbacks facing the 49ers tough defense would not have performed as well as he did.
