Seahawks vs. 49ers Position-By-Position Preview: Quarterback

Russell Wilson is magician. While his numbers were modest on Sunday, it was one of the best games of his career. What he is doing under constant pressure and without a feature WR is nothing short of amazing. He also performed the first no-look pass I have ever seen in the NFL on the 48-yard pass to Ricardo Lockette. As someone who played basketball in high school, I can appreciate the skill that takes. He looked off the safety even as he was throwing the pass which caused him to not be squared up to the receiver. It still hit Lockette right between the numbers. Unbelievable.

In his career, Colin Kaepernick is 1-3 against Seattle with a 52% completion rate, 175 YPG, three TD’s and seven INT’s. I’ll take the magician.

Advantage: Seahawks
