The Seattle Seahawks will host the New Orleans Saints in the NFL playoffs…again. Last time the Seahawks won by a small margin of 41-36. That was in 2011.

Three years later, the Saints return to CenturyLink Field in the postseason. This will be the second visit to the Clink this season, as the ‘Hawks took care of business in Week 13 by a dominant score of 34-7.

During that 2011 playoff game, Marshawn Lynch entered the elite world of legendary NFL highlights by rumbling 67 yards for a late touchdown that sealed the win. When Matt Hasselbeck initially handed the ball to Lynch on that play, it did not appear that it would result in anything particularly exciting.

Little did we know how amazing that run would look by the time Beast Mode launched himself into the end zone. Enjoy:

What was more amazing? The bruising running style of Lynch? Or, the total inability of the Saints to tackle on that play? You have to give the bulk of the credit to Lynch, but this was a Saints defense that struggled to make plays. In addition to the run itself, it was impressive to see linemen, wide receivers and even Hasselbeck sprinting down the field to block for No.24.

Fans are hoping to see similar highlights on Saturday. This time, perhaps the Seahawks could win by a slightly larger margin.
