Sunday’s 33 – 10 win over the Atlanta Falcons was the game the Seattle Seahawks needed to play for the past three weeks. They dominated on offense and on defense outgaining the Falcons by 264 yards. They kept possession of the ball for over 35 minutes. Russell Wilson spread the ball evenly between three receivers, and Marshawn Lynch was definitely in “Beast Mode.” Lynch, Robert Turbin, and Christine Michael all ran well and showed that they can gain those hard yards as well as break longer runs. The offensive line blocked well and Wilson was only sacked once. The most glaring issue remains the high number of penalties, which the Seahawks need to correct before those penalties begin deciding games.

As the Seahawks flew over and through the Falcons, several notable aspects of the Seahawks performance became evident.  Some were improvements from previous weeks, and others were cemented in the win over the Falcons.
