Lessons from the Seahawks “Win” over the Buccaneers

Darrell Bevell and the coaching staff are dangerous right now. Throwing a pass on first down and ten yards to go on the three yard line?! What was Bevell thinking? Is he afraid to score? We know the result – a Buccaneer interception. Why not use common sense and hand it off to Lynch? Then with approximately 30 seconds left in the fourth quarter, the Seahawks decided not to use their two timeouts and let the clock run out. Play calling and clock management need drastic improvement. The “lapses in judgment” have been there all season but seem to be getting worse.
